The First Round of the arduino comptetion

Analogy: controlling the speed of DC motor brightness of the lamp.
Task: Dimming on led with a potentiometer
Time allowed: 15 minutes

The Team MCT emerged the winner from pot 1, Team success from pot 2 and there is a tie between team Nutz-Tech and team Alpha from pot 3. Therefore the clearity of their codes was checked and Nutz-Tech Team made it to the final round.

The Second Round

Analogy: Smart streetlight with controlled power consumption.
Task: Dimming a streetlight using an electronic sensor.
Time allowed: 30 minutes.

All three teams were not able to complete the task within the time frame, so the judges checked their codes to determine who is closer to completion. However, marks were awarded based on that.

Furthermore, the chairman of the event asked the teams questions and marks was awarded to any question answered correctly. After that, Team Success emerged the winner of the arduino competition followed by Team MCT as the second runner, then Nutz-Tech Team. Prizes and certificates of participation were awarded to participants.
