ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA FOR THE FSB NIGERIAN AWARD SCHOLARSHIP
- Applicants must be registered Full-Time students of Federal or State Universities.
- Applicants for Postgraduate studies should possess a minimum of first degree with Second Class Honours Upper Division.
- All other applicants (UG, HND & NCE) must be registered full-time students in their second year or above in Federal or State Universities, Polytechnics, Monotechnics and Colleges of Education.
- All undergraduate Scholarship applicants (Physically challenged inclusive) must have at least a 4.0 Cumulative Grade Points Aggregate (CGPA) on a five (5) point scale, 5.0 on a 7-point scale (or an equivalent). Confused? Learn how to calculate your CGPA from Smartbukites!
- All NCE and HND applicants must have a CGPA of 3.5 and above on a scale of 4.0.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION FOR FSB SCHOLARSHIP APPLICANTS:
- Application Deadline: 20-03-2023
- The scholarship is applicable in Nigeria, for Nigerian students.
- The award takes effect from the beginning of each academic session.
- The award shall not be held at the same time with another Award. This means that a beneficiary of another scholarship should not apply.
- Part-time students aren’t eligible for the award.
- Change of course or Institution is not allowed for beneficiaries.

To apply for the 2022/2023 FSB Scholarship Award, take the folly steps:
- Visit Federal Ministry of Education’s website and click on Federal Scholarship Board ICON on the Home Page.
- You may notice the scholarship listed under ‘Ongoing Applications’. Clicking on it will prompt you to create an account (if don’t already have one).
- Create your account using your email and log in with your email and password. You will be greeted with a welcome😊
- Update your profile by filling up Biodata, Academic Information, etc. You will not be able to submit an application if your profile is not complete!
- Note: You will also be asked for your Parent/Next of Kin Information.
- When your profile is complete, you can then click on the ‘Submit Application’ button.

- Passport Photograph
- CGPA results.
