This Technical Report contains all the activities undertaken at Elektron Energy. The activities which are; learning about power industries, generation, transmission and distribution of electricity, writing and signing of power purchase agreement (PPA) and many more.
Elektron is primarily an energy infrastructure platform that acquires, develops and owns energy infrastructure projects in West Africa. They own the Alausa Power Plant in Lagos.
Alausa Power Limited (“ALPL”) is a special purpose vehicle that operates a 10.6MW Independent Power Plant and supplies power to the Lagos State Secretariat via a ten (10) year Power Purchase Agreement.
