I was appointed to the Quality Management Office where I worked under the Regional Quality Manager North Upland, where I learnt a lot of things like working with Microsoft Excel in an efficient way, dispatching work orders on OWS, High-risk tasks approval or rejection by checking EHS, identifying different types of sites, closing pending trouble tickets by laying out how solutions were provided, supervision and approval of sites and a lot more.
