Technology Incubation Center SIWES Report Sample (Design and Fabrication of Electrical Circuits)

The student work experience scheme (SIWES) program was established in the year 1973 by the industrial training fund (ITF) specifically to enhance students studying science or technology to acquire the practical knowledge on their profession. Prior to the establishment of SIWES program students find it difficult to get a job due to experience lacking.
The program provides the students to have the idea of translating theory into practice and also to be independent after graduation.

The TIC Kano is a federal government organization which is under the national board for technology incubation (NBTI) purposely established to makes Nigeria a technologically competitive nation through commercialization of technology and technical innovation. The organization specialized in electrical and electronic, mechanical and agricultural engineering aspects.

The SIWES enable me to have a background in electrical engineering such as designing and fabricating electrical circuit of such like automatic heat controller, sound generating circuit police siren circuit and transistor as a switch using different sensitive devices

This report can be of great help to students who may wish to undertake their training in a similar establishment and to any reader or researcher who is most likely to gain one or two things from my experience.
